Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
